Apple along with new iPad Pro’ and refreshed Mac Mini, has also introduced an all-new MacBook Air. The latest 2018 edition MacBook Air sports a 13.3-inch Retina display and for the first time, it also comes with Touch ID that is supported with the T2 security chipset.

The MacBook Air 2018 features a stunning 13.3-inch Retina display with over 4 million pixels of resolution, 48% more colour colours than the previous generation. Not just that, it also includes a built-in FaceTime HD camera, as well as a three microphone array for better sound quality.
Well, the MacBook Air now includes Touch ID fingerprint sensor built right into the keyboard which allows you to conveniently and instantly unlock the notebook. It comes with 3rd gen Butterfly keyboard, a spacious Force Touch trackpad, faster SSDs, wide stereo sound.

Furthermore, the MacBook Air 2018 includes Force Touch trackpad apparently delivering pressure-sensing capabilities and haptic feedback, and is 20% larger compared to the previous model. All said, it is powered by the 8th generation Intel Core i5 processor, Intel UHD Graphics and faster 2133 MHz system memory up to 16GB and up to 1.5TB SSD storage. The MacBook Air now comes with two Thunderbolt 3 ports.
Coming to the battery, it is capable of delivering up to 12 hours of battery life and up to 13 hours of iTunes movie playback. It weighs 2.75 pounds, a quarter pound lighter than the previous generation. The company also announced new MacBook Pro graphics options with Radeon Pro Vega graphics to MacBook Pro.

The new Apple MacBook Air comes in gold, space grey and silver colours and the 128GB variant start at $1,199 and the 256GB version is priced at $1,399. In India, the new MacBook Air costs Rs. 1,14,900 (MRP) for the 128GB version and Rs. 1,34,900 for the 256GB version in India. It will go on sale on November 7th along with the US.
