Huami Amazfit Arc: Design
The design of the Arc closes resembles Fitbit Alta and Xiaomi Mi Band 2. Well, the band features a 0.42-inch OLED touch display but is limited to the bottom portion of the screen, which is pretty sensitive in both good and a bad. You’ll likely zip around a little too quickly missing metrics you want to look at, but the same time, it’s really responsive compared to other trackers.
Well, it shows time, steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, heart rate and battery life. It has an improved pedometer for more accuracy in steps count and exercise measurement, and also alerts you if you have been idle for too long.

Huami Amazfi Arc: Tracking & Setting Up
The Arc features an accelerometer and heart rate sensor, but there are no other sensors like GPS or gyroscope, which are the basic fitness tracking. The steps tracking on the Arc has been accurate when compared to other devices like Xiaomi Mi Band 2 or the HRX edition.
Detection heart rate is slow and inaccurate most of the time. There is sleep tracking embedded in it which is again a hit or miss, works similar to how FitSleep or Xiaomi devices works, but here you get the rating for your sleep (on Android). However, on iOS, you don’t get the same level of metrics, it’s just the bar graph with no ratings.
