Canon has introduced two new entry-level DSLR Cameras namely Canon EOS 1500D And EOS 3000D. These cameras will be launched in India by the last week of March. Canon is aiming these cameras towards first time DSLR users. So if you were planning to upgrade from your regular smartphone camera to something more powerful than these DSLR cameras might impress you.

Canon 1500D
Canon 1500D is an upgraded variant of the beloved 1300D. The Canon 1300D was the perfect choice for first time DSLR users. So as to upgrade the best-seller Canon 1300D canon has improved upon many areas on the 1500D. One of the most significant upgrades is a new 24.1 Megapixel sensor.
Apart from that Canon has included “Scene Intelligent Auto” mode that helps the user to get the perfect shot without worrying much about manual settings. The camera is a perfect choice if you are starting out in the field of photography or film-making or you just wish to capture better photos as compared to your smartphone.

Canon 3000D
Canon 3000D is a brand new category of Canon DSLR lineup. The camera retains most of the features from the EOS 1500D apart from some slight downgrades. The camera features an 18.1 Megapixel image sensor with a plastic lens mount. Canon EOS 3000D sports a smaller 2.7-inch screen. This camera also lags an automatic flashlight and the physical flashlight has to be activated before the shot.
Canon’s major focus with the EOS 3000D is it makes this DSLR the cheapest option available in the market. This will promote smartphone photographers to invest in DSLR and take their photography to next level.
