After the alleged leak of the OnePlus 6T box, the China-based company revealed that its upcoming iteration will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and a waterdrop notch. Confirming the leak with seal of approval, company has also released a new teaser which hints at the in-display fingerprint scanner (below).

In-Display Fingerprint Scanner In OnePlus 6T
In an e-mail to CNET, the company confirmed that it will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Chinese manufacturer claimed that it originally intended to introduce the technology on the OnePlus 5T, but it did not do since the technology wasn’t mature enough to meet the company’s standards for delivering a fast and smooth user experience, so it had to wait for a year.

Well, according to a report, OnePlus 6T will be thicker by 0.45mm, will sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with (up to) 8GB RAM, paired with 128GB storage (there could also be a 256GB version), triple camera setup (much like OPPO R17 Pro), and will be backed by a 3300mAh battery.
The OnePlus 6T is rumoured to be priced at US$550 (~Rs 39,883) and is expected to launch the phone sometime in October. The screenshot shows the October 17th date, which could be the launch date. We should know more details in the coming weeks.
To CNET, OnePlus said:
