Samsung Galaxy S8 Active Live Images Leaked

The live image and video of Galaxy S8 Active have been posted to Reddit and was first discovered by Android Police. Samsung usually releases an active version of its latest Galaxy flagship every year and it’s time for Galaxy S8.

The Active versions are protected by a shatter resistant glass which can withstand a drop or two. In addition to that, the rugged smartphone is encased in a protective rubberized cover which can absorb high knockdowns.

More On Galaxy S8 Active

The main noticeable point is that the upcoming device doesn’t feature the curved screen. It also appears to be a little thicker, which is understandable. But it’s expected to feature the same 4,000mAH battery found in the Galaxy S7 Active.

Not to forget, the 4,000mAh also means that it will have 1,000mAH more than the Galaxy S8 and 500mAh more than the Galaxy S8 Plus. The Galaxy S8 Active is expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Note 8 next month or separately.
