Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 With Snapdragon 630 Tipped To Launch This Month

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is reportedly launching this month. The rumor mills continue to provide details about the upcoming smartphone. The forthcoming smartphone is expected to come with fingerprint sensor below the display which can double as a home button.

According to XiaomiToday, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will be launched at the end of this month. Going down to the specs leaks, the smartphone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

Well, according to another report by AndroidHeadlines, the Redmi Note 5 is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 64-bit Octa-core SoC paired with Adreno 508 GPU, will come in three different variants; 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage, 4GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage.

The smartphone is said to feature X12 LTE modem enhanced connectivity, will run on Android 7.0 Nougat based on MIUI 9.0 and will be backed by a 3,790mAh with USB-C 3.1, Bluetooth 5 and Quick Charge 4.0 support.

Coming to camera department, it will ship with a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera and is expected to be priced at $200 which is roughly Rs 12,955.
