BSNL Cuts 3G Tariff Plans, Now Get 1GB Data For Rs 36

Reliance Jio has made a trend of going low on tariff plans, Jio has taken away a lot of users from of its competitors. Airtel, Vodafone, and Idea have already come with a lot offers to hold the users.



So, tackling all the Jio threats, BSNL today has come up slashing 3G internet rates by about three-fouth, bring down the price of per GB internet as low as Rs 36 under a special pack.

BSNL 3G Tariff Plans 2017

BSNL under a special tariff voucher has brought down the price of the 3G mobile internet.

BSNL said:

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to offer up to four times extra data on existing data STVs (special tariff vouchers) available in the market.

Under the special tariff voucher, BSNL has introduced Rs 291 plans, in this user will get 8GB data i.e four times more data than previous plans with a validity of 28 days. To make a perspective, the earlier offered data was 2GB. Well, now you get 2GB 3G data for Rs 76.

RK Mittal, BSNL Board Director for Consumer Mobility said:

We are committed to providing affordable mobile services for all segments of the prepaid mobile customers. These offers will be valid from February 6, 2017, on Pan India basis.

Jio has already become the largest broadband service provider in the country with three months of its commercial launch. Though BSNL still continues with to keep the broadband market alive with fixed line service segment with 9.95 million customers and Reliance Jio already has 52.23 million broadband customers.
