Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has announced Redmi Note 9S, the global version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro, which was launched in India last week. The Note 9S features all the same design aesthetics and specifications of Redmi Note 9 Pro.
Redmi Note 9S: The Renamed Note 9 Pro!
The Note 9S packs in a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection, powered by Snapdragon 720G 8nm SoC, coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM, paired with 64GB/128GB expandable storage, runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 and is backed by a 5020mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
Coming to the optics, the Note 9S sports 48-megapixel primary rear camera with Samsung GM2 Sensor, 8-megapixel 120° ultra-wide-angle lens, 5-megapixel 2cm macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, it has a 16-megapixel camera. Apart from that, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and glass back with Aurua Balance design.

It will also be sold in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The company will also sell Redmi Note 9S MFF 2020 Limited Edition.
