Today Honor unveiled its two new budget smartphone offerings. Namely the Honor 7A and the Honor 7C. These smartphones are targeted towards the lower end smartphone market which is dominated by Xiaomi. Well, if you are planning to get any of these smartphones here’s a detailed specs comparison between the Honor 7A vs Honor 7C.

Honor 7A Vs Honor 7C: Design And Display
Honor 7A has a pleasing and sleek design with the fingerprint sensor on the back. The smartphone is available in black, gold and blue color variants. There are two variants available for the Honor 7A, one with a dual camera setup and other with a single sensor. Honor 7A sports a 5.7-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 FullView 2.5D curved glass display.
Honor 7C has nearly same design ergonomics as that of the Honor 7A. The smartphone looks and feels good in the hand. Apart from that Honor 7C has a better 5.99-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) 18:9 FullView 2.5D curved glass display. Overall, the design and display of these smartphones are good considering the price.
Honor 7A Vs Honor 7C: Performance And Storage
Honor 7A is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. The smartphone can handle day to day tasks easily with moderate gaming performance. You can choose between either 2GB or 3GB RAM coupled with 32GB of internal storage. Lastly, the storage can be further expanded to up to 256GB via external SD card.
Honor 7C is powered by a better 1.8Ghz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. Even after being an entry-level Snapdragon processor you won’t find any issue with the performance. You can easily rely on this processor for multitasking and gaming. Honor 7C offers 3GB+32GB or 4GB+64GB of RAM and storage variants. You can further expand the storage to up to 256GB via external SD card.

Honor 7A Vs Honor 7C: Camera
Honor 7A comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. You can also buy a base version with a 13-megapixel single rear camera. The primary sensor has an aperture of f/2.2 and delivers impressive results in bright light. You also get an 8MP front-facing camera with front LED flash and f/2.0 aperture.
Honor 7C offers the exact same camera as the higher end Honor 7A offers. You get a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The 8MP front-facing camera comes with a LED flash, which most smartphones in this price range don’t offer. Overall the camera on the Honor 7C is impressive.
Honor 7A Vs Honor 7C: Software
Both these smartphones run on the exact same custom skin called EMUI 8.0 which is based on Android version 8.0 Oreo. The skin consumes a considerable amount of resources, but it offers additional features and allows easier customization. If blotted UI and icons annoy you, installing a third-party launcher might be a good idea.
So as a conclusion both these smartphones offer perfect bang for the buck. The Honor 7A can be bought from Flipkart for a price of about for Rs. 8999 and Rs. 9999 based on RAM, storage and camera differences. While the Honor 7C can be bought for Rs. 9999 and Rs. 11999 (again) based on RAM and storage difference.
