Google Instant Apps Hits The Play Store; Test Drive Any App Now!

Google Instant Apps are now available in a few place (for the geeks), but certainly, it was absent in Play Store. Well, not anymore. So, if you want to check out an app before permanently download and use it (daily), you can now.

Google Instant Apps Hits Play Store

Google is building Instant Apps into the store through a “Try It Now” button on app pages. You can tap on the button to see whether the app is of your use or not, without downloading it.

Google Instant AppsAs cool as it sounds, this feature is only on a handful of apps i.e, not all app are Instant Apps-ready (yet). Early this week, Google has slightly revamped Play Store with separate sections for new and premium apps and games. Also, the Editor’s Choice area is now up and running in 17 countries.

In addition to that, Google will be reducing its cut of subscription apps from 30 percent to 15 percent, if a user remains with the service for more than a year. This could make a lot of difference among users and providers, well, this will come into effect from January 1, 2018.
