Apple iPhone 8 And iPhone 8 Plus With Bionic A11 Chipset Launched

Apple has announced its next generation iPhones; Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus at an event in San Francisco. The announced iPhones have a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch Retina HD displays with new glass (most durable glass ever on a smartphone, says the company) and aluminum design.

Inside Apple iPhone 8 And iPhone 8 Plus

Both the smartphone comes with a new A11 Bionic chip, which tuned for augmented reality experience. The chipset has six Core CPU, in which there are two performance Cores that is 25% faster, four efficiency Core that is 70% faster and three Cores are for GPU, which offers up to 30% faster graphics performance compared to A10 Fusion chipset.

Both the announced smartphones have a redesigned stereo speakers, offering up to 25% louder audio and deeper bass. In addition to that, these smartphones also have support Qi wireless charging as well as support for fast charging (0-50% in 30 minutes).

The iPhone 8 sports a new 12-megapixel rear camera with a new filter, deeper pixel and quad LED True Tone Flash, while the 8 Plus has dual 12-megapixel cameras that feature a Portrait Lighting and Apple-designed image signal processor to recognize the scene, create a depth map and create facial landmarks and add lighting over contours of the face in real time using Machine learning.

The Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus comes in Gold, Silver, and Space Gray colors. The iPhone 8 is priced at US$699 (roughly Rs. 44,745) for the 64GB variant and the 256GB variant will cost you US$849 (roughly Rs. 54,345). The iPhone 8 Plus is priced at US$799 (roughly Rs. 51,145) for the 64GB variant, while the 256GB variant is priced at US$949 (roughly Rs. 60,745).

The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be available for pre-order from September 15 in several countries and will go on sale from September 22. According to FoneArena, The iPhone 8 will be available in India from September 29 and will start at Rs. 64,000.
