Google Photos Photo Books Is Now Available For Android And iOS

At Google I/O earlier this month, Google announced that it will bring the fun of having a physical photo book to our smartphone. Although the web version of the Google Photos already allowed to create photo books from the best pictures from the user’s collection, the Android and iOS has now joined the troop.

Now, users don’t have to go to the web version of the Google Photo to create Photo Books, you can directly start making from the app itself. The Photo Books will make use of machine learning to pick out the best photos from the library and organize them accordingly.

This feature aims to minimize the effort involved in having to search through a large group of photos just to pick the good ones. Google shared their intentions of bringing suggestions for the Photo Books, well, users can further get an option of getting their books made in soft or hard cover at US$9.99 (roughly Rs 650) and US$19.99 (Rs 1,300 approx) respectively.

Last week, Google has added suggested sharing feature and Archive feature to the app, which allows keeping certain images away from the main image feed while the sharing feature essentially uses machine learning to remind you to share the photos with those who are in those pictures.
