Xiaomi Mi 6: Specs, Leaks, And Rumors

Xiaomi has been very active releasing smartphones (and several other devices) back to back. Seems like Xiaomi is gearing up for 2017.


Well, Xiaomi Mi 6 has been surfaced on the internet. It is stated that the Mi 6 will be the first Chinese smartphone to come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 chipset.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Leaks

The poster surfaced on the internet revealed the date of Xiaomi Mi 6, which is February 14, 2017. The poster displayed a Mi logo, big and bold number 6 drawn right in the middle of it and has surfaced on Weibo. However, do note that the poster does not come from the Xiaomi page. So, hold on, this could turn around.

Addition to this the leakster (@KJuma) who leaked the image, also claims that the smartphone will be launched in three variants dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 6S, Mi 6E and Mi 6P, all based on the type of processor they house. So, the Mi 6 is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, the Mi 6S is expected to come with MediaTek’s Helio SoC, while the Mi 6P is expected to come with the company’s own Pinecone SoC.
