Audio Technica Announces Of Joining The Truly Wireless Fray With ATH-CKR7TW And ATH-SPORT7TW

Audio Technica has announced two models of true wireless earbuds – ATH-CKR7TW and ATH-SPORT7TWA at IFA 2018. Both the earbuds are designed ergonomically ensuring the sound performance.

Audio Technica ATH-CKR7TW And ATH-SPORT7TW

The ATH-CKR7TW, according to the company is designed for optimal sound performance and features a “specially tuned 11mm drivers” and a “diamond-like carbon coated diaphragm, pure iron yoke, and brass stabilizer that contribute to the accurate reproduction, ensuring more precise audio.”

Furthermore, the battery life is rated at 6 hours on a single charge, with 9 hours worth of extra battery idling in the carrying case. Well, the earbuds support Bluetooth 5.0 and aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs. It is available in black and grey and is priced at £229 / €249 (~Rs 21,063) when they ship sometime this fall.

To maximise driver performance the acoustic and electronic compartments are isolated to minimise the airflow that can adversely affect the audio. The result is a clear, accurate, high resolution fidelity. Elsewhere, the audio-grade digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) and amplifier components are carefully designed to ensure the signal stream can deliver high-quality audio reproduction.

Coming to ATH-SPORT7TWA, it is more focused on users who want a pair of wireless earbuds without compromising the sound output. This earbud is IPX5 certified for sweat resistance and has a hear-through audio mode which would let you remain aware of surroundings.

Shifting to its battery life, according to the company it can give out 3.5 hours of music with 16 hours worth of refill in the carrying case. This sporty earbud comes in black or gray and is priced at £179 / €199 (~ Rs 16,464)

Apart from that, Audio Technica has announced the new ATH-SR30BT (£99 / €99) and noise-reducing ATH-SR50BT (£179 /€199) on-ear Bluetooth headphones. Both of which features Bluetooth 5.0 with 28 hours and 70 hours of battery life respectively. It also comes with a benefit of a noise reduction mode. It will launch in this fall.

In addition to that, the audio company has launched the next generation ATH-MSR7b model. It is a high-resolution headphone with a lighter design. It is priced at £219 / €249 (~Rs 20,143) and will be available in this fall.
