Spotify Is Testing A Free Radio App Called Stations [APK DOWNLOAD]

Spotify has quietly launched a new standalone app – Stations, dedicated to an easy playlist and radio listening. Moreover, Spotify describes it as “the easiest way to listen to the music you love. Totally free.”

Stations: A Free Radio App

This very new app from Spotify starts playing as soon as it’s opened. Moreover, all the playlists are displayed in a large font. You switch between playlist or stations only by scrolling them, as Spotify specifically calls out that no typing or searching is necessary.

In addition to that, Spotify has also added its (successful) personalized playlists such as Discover Weekly and Release Radar, description reads. Furthermore, users can customize which playlists to appear in the main menu and can hide those they’re not interested in, but they can’t create new ones.

This app seems to cut down unnecessary taps to get to your music, apparently making it user-friendly. Well, Spotify’s Stations app is listed in the Play Store, but is still not compatible with mobile devices in many major countries. As of now, it ‘s only available in Australia.
