10.or D (Tenor D): Design

The first look at the phone will remind you of the old Lumia smartphones, but the plastic made boxed shape body of 10.or D is pretty simple yet rigid, and gives a great hold in hand.

Well, at the right, we have the volume rockers and just above that we have the awkwardly placed power button, coming to the left, we have sim slots with microSD support, at the bottom micro USB, at the top we have a headphone jack with secondary noise cancellation, speaker grills and fingerprint sensor at the back.

10.or D (Tenor D): Display And Specs

The 10.or D sports 5.2-inch 1280 x 720 res HD IPS display, which produces good color, but lacks vividness and good contrast, which makes the display harder to be visible in direct sunlight.

Under the hood, the 10.or D is powered by Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage., runs on Android Nougat – which is diagnosed to have a minor lag (upgradable to Android Oreo) and all this is backed by a pretty good performing 3500mAh battery, which will take you through a day of usage easily.

The 10.Or D comes with 13MP rear camera rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera UI is good, but some camera options are harder to reach with one hand.

Well, the camera outperforms well, but definitely not the best. The photos lacked overall color and saturation, but the selfies were kinda good (even in low-light) at least better than the oversaturated selfies from Redmi 5A.

10.or D (Tenor D): Storage, RAM Managment, And Pricing

Out of 32GB of storage, you will get to use approximately 29GB of storage, and coming to the memory management, Out of 3GB of RAM, you will get around 1.4GB free RAM to use, which is pretty good.

Speaking of pricing, the 10.or D comes in two variants – 2GB RAM+ 16GB storage is priced at Rs. 4,999 and Rs 5,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. Do note that, both the variants have microSD slot to expand.

Verdict

Well, 10.or D is a good phone in the budget sporting Snapdragon 425 chipset with 3GB of RAM. The fingerprint sensor is an added bonus. The 10.or D faces hard competition with Xiaomi’s Redmi 5A in the performance and camera department, which are the pillars of the user experience.
