Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched Honor 7C, along with Honor 7A at an event in New Delhi. The main highlight of the smartphone is its design and dual rear cameras.

Honor 7C: Redmi 5 Competitor?

The Honor 7C comes with 5.99-inch FullView display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, coupled with 3GB / 4GB RAM, 32GB / 64GB expandable storage, runs on Android Oreo with EMUI and all these are backed by 3000mAh battery.

Coming to the camera, the 7C sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, secondary 2MP camera to capture the depth information (bokeh) for portrait shots. At the front, it has an 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture. Apart from that, it has dedicated microSD slot and a fingerprint sensor at the back.

The Honor 7C is a direct competition to the Redmi 5 that was launched earlier this year. The 7C comes in Black, Red, Gold and Blue colors and is priced at Rs 9999 for 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and Rs 11999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. It will be available for sale exclusively on Amazon from 31th May, 12 noon.
