Pokemon Go Is Now Live On Apple Watch, New Features?

In September, Niantic Inc. creator of the game Pokemon Go has announced that the game will be launched for Apple Watch soon.

As promised, Pokemon Go is now available on the Apple Watch and you can start searching for Pokemon or hatch Pokemon eggs on your wrist.

Features Added In Pokemon Go For Apple Watch

There are few new features added, with the launch of Pokemon Go in Apple Watch. You can now interact with the game using quick taps to discover nearby Pokemon and collect items from PokeStops. Well, it is impossible to catch Pokemon from your wrist, if you encounter a Pokemon, you still need your iPhone.

Added bonus is that you can play through Apple Watch app as a Workout that will count towards your personal Activity rings, while also counting distance towards hatching Pokemon Eggs or receiving Candy for Buddy Pokemon.

Popped Out Features;

• Log each play session as a workout and count towards personal Activity rings
• Count distance towards hatching Pokemon Eggs or receiving Candy for Buddy Pokemon

• Receive notifications when Eggs hatch and medals are awarded

There is no word if the game will ever make it to Android Wear devices too.
