Fitbit has launched its next-gen fitness tracker – Fitbit Charge 4 in India. This new fitness tracker comes after Google bought Fitbit in November last year. This is also the first Fitbit tracker to come with Spotify helps you stay motivated with your favorite playlists and songs.

The Charge 4 comes with a built-in GPS and Spotify (premium required), features a swim-proof design, along with an inductive button, a scratch-resistant screen, a bright-crisp touchscreen display that is easy to view in natural light. The company promises up to 7 days of battery life.

In addition to that, it comes with 20+ goal-based exercise modes along with SmartTrack automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes, a new personalized standard based on your resting heart rate and age. It brings in improved sleep tracking and also features Sleep Mode to maintain routines and sleep schedules.

The Fitbit Charge 4 sports a relative SpO2 sensor, which powers Fitbit’s Estimated Oxygen Variation Graph in the Fitbit app. Not just that, for users looking wanting extra guidance, the paid subscription service in the Fitbit app delivers customized guided programs, advanced sleep tools, personal insights, thousands of workouts, new challenges, and health reports.

The Fitbit Charge 4 comes in black, rosewood and storm blue/black and is priced at Rs. 14,999. The Charge 4 Special Edition with exclusive granite reflective/black woven band plus a classic black band will be available for Rs. 16,999. It will be available in stores and online worldwide starting in April 2020.

You can customize Charge 4 with a variety of new accessory bands and colors including REPREVE recycled woven reflective bands in midnight and rosewood; breathable silicone sport bands in evergreen and frost white; and premium Horween hand-crafted leather in black. The Charge 4 accessories are sold separately in-store and online, and are compatible with Fitbit Charge 3 devices, starting at Rs. 2,999.

To support users and help people stay active at home during today’s difficult times, Fitbit is offering 40 new pieces of Premium content free in the Fitbit app. In addition, anyone new to Fitbit Premium can get a 90-day free trial of this paid subscription. The Fitbit Premium that was launched late last year is available for Rs. 819/month or Rs. 6,999/year.
