OPPO has launched its latest smartphone; OPPO R17 in China. The main highlight of the smartphone is that it is the first one to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC. Apart from that, it comes with In-display fingerprint sensor, dual rear cameras, and the company’s own VOOC quick charging technology.

OPPO R17: Another Teardrop Design!
The R17 comes with a 6.4-inch 1080p display with an aspect ratio of 19:9, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC, coupled with 8GB RAM, paired with 128GB RAM, runs on Android Oreo and all these are backed by a 3500mAh battery.
Coming to the camera, the R17 comes with dual rear cameras – a primary 16-megapixel f/1.8 lens and another 5-megapixel snapper for depth-sensing. On the front, you’ll find a 25-megapixel selfie lens with an aperture of f/2.0. It has the in-display fingerprint sensor for unlocking and other security purposes.

The OPPO R17 comes with Twilight Blue and Starry Purple colors, and is priced at 3,499 Yuan (roughly Rs 35,600 / US$509). It will go on sale on the 30th of this month (August) in China. The handset is already listed on JD.com, Lynx, and Suning apart from Oppo’s own Chinese portal. It is available in Neon Purple, and Steamer Blue.
