Meizu 15 smartphone lineup is not even a few months old, but Meizu company’s founder started teasing the new Flagship Meizu 16. Well, the Meizu founder Huang Zhang (a.k.a Jack Wong) confirmed in a forum post that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor and may be launched in August. So here’s everything you need to know about the Meizu 16.

Meizu 16, Meizu 16 Pro: Expected Specifications
Meizu may introduce two variants of their flagship offering the Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Pro. The Meizu 16 may feature a 5.6-inch screen. The smartphone may feature a screen-to-body ratio of more than 90% and it will be 7.2mm thin. On the other hand, the Meizu 16 Pro may offer a slightly bigger 6.1-inch screen. The higher end Meizu 16 Pro may be powered by the Snapdragon 845. While the Meizu 16 may be powered by the recently launched Snapdragon 710 processor.
These smartphones may sport an in-glass fingerprint sensor. Apart from that, both these smartphones will feature a nearly bezeless display. According to a reliable source, the smartphone will offer either 6GB or 8GB RAM variants with 64GB or 128GB storage variants. On the other hand, the higher end variant may feature 8GB RAM coupled with either 128GB or 256GB of storage. Lastly, both these smartphones may offer a dual-12MP camera setup accompanied by a 20MP front-facing camera.
The Meizu 16 will be backed up by a 3080mAh battery, while the Pro variant may offer a battery capacity of 3600mAh. Both these smartphones will support fast-charging and the pro variant may also support 10W wireless charging.

Meizu 16, Meizu 16 Pro: Expected Pricing
The Meizu 16 with 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage might retail for CNY 2,999 or roughly Rs. 31,766. While the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage might retail for CNY 3,299 or roughly Rs. 34,946. On the other hand, the Pro variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is expected to be priced at around CNY 3,699 or roughly Rs. 39,168. While the higher-end variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage might retail for CNY 3,999 or roughly Rs. 42,345.
