OnePlus 5T Gets OxygenOS 4.7.2 Update; KRACK Fixes, Improves Face Unlocking

    OnePlus‘ flagship smartphone; OnePlus 5T just went on sale. It looks like OnePlus is doing some last minute optimizations in the software, as the device started receiving Oxygen OS 4.7.2, apparently its first update.

    OnePlus 5T Gets Its First Update

    The OxygenOS 4.7.2 update to the newly launched OnePlus 5T weighs in at 107MB and brings in few fixes and optimization to make a great user experience. The fixes include – KRACK vulnerability patch and some general glitch fixes.

    Some other inclusion to this update includes optimization on face unlock, fingerprint unlock, screen off gesture, EIS during video recording and others. OnePlus has already fixed KRACK vulnerability for OnePlus 5 earlier this month with OxygenOS 4.5.14.
