Paytm Inbox Chat Feature, Location Sharing Feature And More Released

Paytm launched new features in the latest update, which include the much-awaited Paytm Inbox chat feature on its app apart from sending and receiving money. The chat is a full-fledged messaging application, which lets you share photos and videos.

Paytm Inbox Chat Feature

The Inbox update will be added to Paytm main application at the bottom navigation bar. The chat feature is pretty generic and comes with all the basic options like camera, gallery, send and receive money and location sharing (icon).

So you need to tap the ‘new message’ icon and the app shows all your contacts who are using paytm. The Inbox uses the phone number that you have linked to the main Paytm application. You can send messages, request/send money and share location.

It is worth noting that Paytm Inbox chat feature also has ‘Recall’ feature which WhatsApp has recently rolled out. Inbox lets you recall the message using ‘Delete for All’ option.

No to forget, there is a catch here is that both the sender and user must be on the same Paytm app version. The feature is being rolled out, check your Play Store or App Store for the update.
