Moto Z2 Play With 5.5-inch Display, Snapdragon 625; Surfaced Online

Moto Z2 Play press renders surfaced online a few weeks back and it showed off its metal design, conventional fingerprint scanner and dual-tone LED flash for the front camera. Now, we have the specifications of the phone, thanks to @evleaks.

According to the leak, the phone is expected to sport 5.5-inch 1080p display, will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM. It will be coming with a larger fingerprint scanner for easier navigation with One Button Navigation feature.

The camera modules on the front and rear end of the phone is also expected to be same as of Moto G5. In addition to that, the battery size is speculated to be reduced from 3510mAh to 3000mAh. Well, the Moto Z2 Play will be thinner and lighter than its predecessor at just 6mm on the thinnest point and 145 grams on the lighter side.

The Moto Z2 Play is speculated to come in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold colors but the pricing is still not out yet. The new lineup of Moto Z2, Moto Z2 Force, Moto Z2 Play, Moto E4, Moto E4 Plus, Moto C and Moto C Plus is expected to be announced somewhere around in Q2 or Q3 2017.
