Xiaomi Mi 6 With 6GB RAM, Top’s The Benchmark Test Beating Galaxy S8 & Galaxy S8+

Xiaomi Mi 6 is just around the corner and will be officially released on April 19 (it’s official). It is vastly expected that the flagship will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, the same SoC which is powering the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.


Benchmark test gives out an unbiased rating of the smartphone and technically the number won’t lie (if done properly). Well, the upcoming flagship smartphone will be worth to spend the money on, yes, it will powerful at least that’s what benchmark test shows.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Vs Galaxy S8 & Galaxy S8+; Benchmark Test

The Geekbench benchmark test results of the Xiaomi Mi 6 surfaced, which is expected to be announced on April 19. The flagship(according to Geekbench) will feature Snapdragon 835 chipset clocked at 1.90GHz with Adreno 540 GPU, 6GB RAM and runs on Android 7.1.1.

The single core test of Geekbench, Xiaomi socred 2006, however in multi-core test the Xiaomi Mi 6 scores 6438. The upcoming flagship of Xiaomi clearly beats down the Samsung’s flagships in both single as well as in multi-core tests. The Galaxy S8 scored 1916 and 6011, while the Galaxy S8 Plus scored 1929 and 6084  in single and multi-core test respectively.

Specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 6 listed on Geekbench (listed); 5.15-inch Full HD display, 19-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera, runs on MIUI 8 on top of Android 7.1.1 Nougat and all these is fueled by a 3200mAh battery.
