Nokia 9 is in the limelight for being the next smartphone to be released by HMD Global. HMD Global has the exclusive license of the Nokia brand, is trying to bring back the brand into the mainstream market. The company has already released three devices (Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6) at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona.


Nokia 9 is the flagship of the company, which is speculated to be released sometime in June. The device features an all-metal body design with the rear wrapped in premium quality leather. The device might be called Nokia 9 or Nokia C9. As this is a high-end flagship device, it has all high-end spec sheet too.

Nokia 9 – The Flagship

The Nokia 9 or Nokia C9 is tipped to come with a 5.5-inch QHD OLED display, powered by Qualcomm’s latest chipset i.e Snapdragon 835, paired with 6GB RAM, 64 GB / 128GB storage, runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat and all these is fueled by a 3800mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support.

The smartphone will feature a 22-meagpixel rear camera with Carl-Zeiss lens and 12-megapixel front-facing selfie camera. The smartphone has a noticeable feature like Iris scanner, fingerprint sensor, and the device will be IP68 certified dust and water-resistant. This device will feature Nokia’s OZO Audio to enhance the audio quality.
