Google Assistant On Non-Pixel Smartphones
According to some rumors, LG G6 could be the first non-pixel smartphone to come with Google Assistant. However, we will witness a lot more phones added to the list soon. This rumor gets relevant with the new alpha version of Google app which is version 6.13 released for users signed up for beta reveals that the app is bundled with the new Assistant.
Much like Pixel’s embedded Google Assistant, even this Google Now updated Assistant comes to action when you hold down the Home button. Though the app is unfinished but its good to see that Google is doodling with its Digital Assistant and trying to bring it out to other devices.
