ZTE has unveiled their latest smartphone i.e ZTE Blade A2 Plus in the Indian market and there are many smartphones in the same price range.
Design
Both the smartphone looks and feel very similar to each other, especially with the chamfered edges and metal unibody design. Though there is a slight change in dimensions but that can be easily ignored.
Addition to the design front, the speakers are located on the bottom on both of the devices right next to the USB port. Apart from the mentioned differences there not much of a change.
Processor
Both the smartphone is powered packed, the Blade A2 Plus is powered by octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor clocked at 1.5GHz, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB Storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB.
Whereas, the Redmi Note 4 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz, paired with 2GB or 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB (for both 2GB and 3GB variant) or 64GB storage respectively. Snapdragon is known for its performance, it will be great to see the performance of Blade A2 Plus with the given chipset and a massive battery.

Camera
Both the smartphone offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash but differs, when talked about the front-facing selfie camera. The Blade A2 Plus comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, while the Redmi Note 4 comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Minor Differences
- ZTE Blade A2 Plus only comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, whereas the Redmi Note 4 comes with 4GB RAM / 64GB Storage, 3GB RAM / 32GB Storage, and 2GB / 32GB Storage.
- Blade A2 Plus comes with a huge 5,000mAh battery, however Redmi Note 4 comes with 4,100mAh battery.
- Both the smartphones run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and support 4G VoLTE.
Pricing
The ZTE Blade A2 Plus is priced at Rs 11,999 and will start selling exclusively on Flipkart starting February 5. And when compared to Redmi Note 4, the smartphone is priced at Rs 9,999 for the base variant with 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant cost Rs 10,999, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant are priced at Rs 12,999.
