Falcon 9 Successfully Launched And Landed Smoothly: SpaceX Is Back

After a lot of hurdles, SpaceX has finally found the way to space, with the successful launch and smooth landing (on drone ship in the pacific) of Falcon 9.


The spaceflight company owned by Elon Musk has launched 10 satellites for a wireless company Iridium on one of its Falcon 9 rocket, which lifted off gracefully from Vanderberg Air Force base in California.

SpaceX Falcon 9: Launch

Just 10 minutes after the launch, the first stage of the rocket successfully returned and launched to the assigned drone ship, dubbed as “Just Read The Instructions” and the landing was perfect.

Last year, when the Falcon 9 was exploded during the pre-launch test at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, which also had a satellite Facebook had hoped to use to beam broadband internet to rural Africa, the Federal Aviation Administration suspended the Commercial Space Transportation License of SpaceX. Well, just a week ago FAA re-issued the License that causes the successful mission.

SpaceX came back on track with this launch and now on a mission to set 10 satellites assigned by Iridium Corporate, which deals with Satellite communications.
