Samsung Is Killing The Note Lineup With Galaxy S8 Plus: Specs & Rumors

After the Note 7 explosion case, Samsung has lost a lot of consumers trust and it is said that Samsung will come back like a charm.


Yeah, the comeback will be with the Samsung’s early 2017 flagship smartphone which is Samsung S8.

The latest rumors report that Korea states that Samsung will launch 6-inch Galaxy S8 Plus, which will replace the Galaxy Note lineup. Addition to this, the report claims that the Galaxy S8 variants could also be coming with the jaw-dropping 8GB of RAM.

The Korean news agencies also reported the same but they also stated that the overall form factor of the Galaxy S8 Plus is not expected to be bigger as quoted by rumors (90 percent body-to-screen-ratio). Well, summing up all it seems like Samsung is killing the note lineup.

The rumors suggest that the upcoming smartphones (Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus) will feature a curved display, which is now a standardized symbol of Samsung. And yes, you guessed it, both the smartphones will feature a dual-edged curved display with QHD resolution.

Addition to the rumors, Weibo also claimed that the upcoming flagships from Samsung will feature a whopping 8GB of RAM. Well, it pretty massive for a smartphone to have and needless to say it be the highest seen on a smartphone so far. And the tipster also claimed that the Galaxy S8 Plus (variant) will also boast ultra-fast UFS 2.1 flash storage chip.
